Delete your account and data.

Choose the path that matches what you want to remove. Local vault data, remote sync data, the sign-in account, and store subscriptions are managed separately.

Choose what to remove

01

Local vault data

Data encrypted on a device is controlled on that device.

  1. Delete individual entries inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove its local database from that device.
  2. Delete exported backup or CSV files separately from the Files app, cloud drive, or other location where you saved them.
  3. Uninstalling the app does not delete remote sync data or a sign-in account.
02

Remote encrypted sync data

Use the signed-in app when you still have access to it.

  1. On other devices using the same sync account, turn sync off first to avoid an older app version uploading encrypted records again.
  2. Open Settings → Sync → Delete remote sync data while signed in with the same Google or Apple account.
  3. Confirm the warning. The encrypted account records, wrapped sync key, and sync metadata are removed; local vault data on the current device remains and sync is turned off.
03

Sign-in account and related server data

You can start a deletion request even if the app is no longer installed.

  1. Email the request address below from the address used for Google or Apple sign-in when possible.
  2. Nine20 will reply with the identity-verification and scope-confirmation steps needed for the request.
  3. The request may cover Firebase Auth, remaining Firestore data, and identifiable analytics or diagnostic data associated with the app.

Start a request without reinstalling the app.

Email Nine20 to request deletion of the sign-in account and related server data. If you can still use the app, deleting remote sync data there first is the fastest way to remove encrypted vault records.

Email a deletion request

Include only what is needed

  • Whether you used Google or Apple sign-in
  • The email address used for that sign-in
  • Android, iOS, or both
  • Whether you request sign-in account deletion, remaining server-data deletion, or both

What happens next

1

Request received

Nine20 reviews the requested scope and replies to the address you used.

2

Identity checked

We may ask you to prove control of the sign-in account. We do not ask for vault secrets or passwords.

3

Deletion handled

After verification, we process data within the confirmed scope and explain any data that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transactions, or legal obligations.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting app data, a sign-in account, or the app itself does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. If a subscription is active, cancel it in the store account that purchased it.
